Zoe Kpaka-Rogers, B.A. oversees Bancroft NeuroRehab’s Residential Program in Central and South Jersey. She began her career at Bancroft NeuroRehab as a program associate 20 twenty years ago and has since held various positions, including Program Supervisor, Program Manager and Scheduling Coordinator. She is trained in Safe and Positive Approaches, Crisis Intervention, De-Escalation Techniques, Dignity of Risk following Brain Injury, Medication Administration and Social and Pragmatic Communication. Kpaka-Rogers earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
