Matthew Pigman, Psy.D.

Neuropsychologist

Matthew Pigman, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist who earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Widener University, with a concentration in neuropsychology. He completed his predoctoral APA-accredited internship through Widener University with rotations in the Thomas Jefferson University Department of Neurology. During his predoctoral studies, he also completed a one-year practicum placement at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working primarily with children with epilepsy. Dr. Pigman completed his two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Bancroft NeuroRehab. Here, his training specialized in conducting neuropsychological evaluations for individuals who presented with various neurological conditions, with an age range spanning from toddlers to senior adults. His postdoctoral training included specialized training in autism diagnosis. Dr. Pigman also received training in the provision of neurorehabilitation psychology services for individuals with moderate to severe acquired brain injuries. At the completion of his fellowship, Dr. Pigman joined Bancroft where he continues to conduct neuropsychological and autism diagnostic evaluations across the lifespan. He is also board certified in biofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance.
