Marcus Demott

Marcus DeMott, LCSW, a dedicated Clinical Social Worker, brings a wealth of experience in counseling, community outreach, and program development across diverse educational and mental health settings. 

 

Throughout his career, Marcus has held leadership positions that emphasize community integration, including overseeing residential programming for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and emotional and behavior health. His commitment to empowering individuals through support services and skill development has resulted in numerous successful community initiatives.

With a background in quality and compliance management, Marcus has successfully implemented systems that enhance service quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. He has also played a pivotal role in developing staff education programs, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity within educational environments.

Marcus started with Bancroft Neurorehab in January 2025 as the neuropsych provider in Plainsboro. He also works in a private out patient clinic in Hamilton.
