Catherine began her career with Bancroft in 2022 as a Case Coordinator and quickly advanced into leadership roles across both day and residential services. Prior to becoming Program Director for Brick and Toms River, she served as Residential Manager for Shadow Oaks group home and Brick Residential programs, supporting individuals with brain injuries and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Throughout her career with Bancroft, Catherine has successfully led teams through periods of growth and change while maintaining a strong focus on quality care, team collaboration, and regulatory compliance. She is passionate about creating supportive environments that promote independence and quality of life.
