Rich Ciullo, PT, MPT

Rich Ciullo, PT, MPT  joined Bancroft NeuroRehab as Senior Director of Outpatient Services in May 2021. In his role, Ciullo oversees Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy across Bancroft NeuroRehab’s three outpatient locations, with a focus on growth, expansion of service offerings, and patient experience. A Physical Therapist by training, Ciullo has over 20 years of experience in the field, including extensive knowledge in multi-site outpatient practices. Most recently, Ciullo served as Regional Director of Operations at Excel Physical Therapy and Northeast Regional Vice President of Therapy Operations at U.S. Healthworks where he directed multi-site operations, improved customer satisfaction scores and enhanced business growth. Ciullo earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master of Physical Therapy degree from Stockton University.
